At Bremer Homes, our small but dedicated team is here to make the building process as simple and seamless as possible. The best part is that we will be there with you throughout each phase of the project to ensure that every detail is completed to your satisfaction.
Josh Bremer, owner of Bremer Homes, LLC, brings the “total package” of experience to the table to help you create your dream home! He knows how to work hard, is a great educator and communicator, has an incredible vision for spaces, respects your hard earned money and budget, and most importantly, believes in being honest and see through 100% of the time.
Josh grew up on his father’s farm here in Monroeville, IN and learned early the value of good old fashioned hard work. After he graduated high school, he served our country by taking post with the Indiana National Guard Reserves for 6 years, where he also worked very hard.
Josh worked his way through college by learning the construction business hands on. He worked for a local construction company physically helping the owner remodel homes inside and out. This experience has given Josh a great foundation for appreciating the sub-contractor’s fine craftsmanship in his homes as well as the knowledge to make sure it is done right.
He studied education in college and has sold and managed sales teams for other home builders. This duo has helped Josh understand how important communication is in the process. Whether it is communicating with the sub-contractor or the home owner, Josh believes the key to great communication is being a great listener!
Josh also earned a degree in drafting and design. Not only can he read a blueprint, he can draw one! He has used this experience to help home owners make the most out of the spaces they have dreamed about.
Josh’s work at Bremer Homes supports his wife of 20 years, Julie, and their daughter Alexa and son Samuel. Josh understands first hand the concept of “a penny saved is a penny earned”! Not only will he respect your budget, but he will always be thinking of ways to maximize it while always putting the quality of your dream home first.
Josh’s belief in honesty is rooted in his strong faith. He and his family attend and serve at Avalon Church. He will always give you his honest opinion and answer, his best effort and Bremer Homes’ “see through” difference!
Dave is a veteran in the construction industry and brings amazing hands on experience to each build. He fills in however needed from day to day on our building sites and is truly our "super man".
Dawn brings her energy, organization and super communication abillities from managing a kindergarten classroom to help Bremer Homes stay on schedule with each contractor and supplier. She also gives each future homeowner updates and a personal call each week to keep them in the loop.
