Meet the Team
Owner
Josh Bremer
Josh brings a full package of experience to every build. He grew up on his father’s farm in Monroeville, Indiana, served six years with the Indiana National Guard Reserves, and holds degrees in education and drafting/design, on top of years of hands-on construction experience.
Josh believes the key to great communication is being a great listener, and he's involved personally from your first meeting to your final walkthrough.
Field Manager
Dave Graham
A veteran of the construction industry, Dave brings hands-on, on-the-job expertise to every Bremer Homes build. He has the happiest heart and is always willing to help!
Scheduler
Karen Martz
Karen keeps every project organized and moving, mostly behind the scenes. She coordinates subcontractors and supply deliveries to make sure every project stays on schedule.
