First we'll sit down with you one-on-one to get to know you and listen to your wants, needs, budget, and lifestyle, so we can plan the perfect home for you and your family.
Design
Custom means you're completely involved in the design process — from custom baths to spacious kitchens, whatever you can dream, we can build.
Build
The build process takes about 6 to 9 months. Throughout, you'll work with our team to make sure everything meets your standards.
Move-In
After your final walk-through, it's time to move in! One year after move-in, we'll follow up to make sure you're still 100% satisfied.

Both. Bremer Homes builds fully custom new homes and also renovates existing homes — the same materials and craftsmanship standard apply either way.
Most builds take about 6 to 9 months from groundbreaking to move-in. Our full process — from first meeting to move-in day — is outlined on our Our Process page.
Every Bremer Homes floor plan is fully custom — we don't offer cookie-cutter plans. You're as involved in the design as you'd like to be.
