Both. Bremer Homes builds fully custom new homes and also renovates existing homes, the same materials and craftsmanship standard apply either way.

Most builds take about 6 to 9 months from groundbreaking to move-in. Our full process, from first meeting to move-in day, is outlined on our Our Process page.

Every Bremer Homes floor plan is fully custom. We don't offer cookie-cutter plans, and you're as involved in the design as you'd like to be.

We build on private lots, in subdivisions, on rural land, and on lakefront property, wherever you already own or plan to buy.

After your final walkthrough, you're ready to move in. About a year later, we'll follow up to make sure you're still 100% satisfied with your home.
