Meeting

First we will sit down with you one-on-one to get to know you and to listen to your wants, needs, budget, and lifestyle, so that we can plan the perfect home for you and your family.

Design

Custom means you are completely involved in the design process if you choose. From custom baths to spacious kitchens, whatever you can dream we can build.

Build

The build process takes about 5 to 7 months. During this time, you will work with Josh throughout the entire process to make sure that everything meets your standards.

Move-In

After completing the final walk-through of your home, it's time to move-in! One year after move-in, we will follow up with you to make sure that you are still 100% satisfied.
