Re-model or Re-build?

Sometimes remodeling is great option (and sometimes we do that). But other times, tearing down and re-building is actually a better option. Why? Usually, it comes down to cost and what you are trying to accomplish with the changes you want to make. Sometimes building is actually less expensive!

These photos are from a tear down we did last week on Wall Lake in Orland, IN. Demo is always fun, but starting with a clean slate and making dreams come true for a permanent lake home gave these homeowners all smiles on demo day!
