Lake lots come with their own challenges and opportunities. Walkout basements that take advantage of the grade down to the water, decks and patios oriented toward the view, and walls of sliding glass instead of a single window are all unique features highly prized with lakefront homes. We design around the lot and the lake, not the other way around.

Many of our lake homes include a main-floor primary suite, multiple living areas for extended family, and built-in bunk rooms, details that come up again and again when a home is built for weekends on the water, not just weekdays.
